Adidas recently announced that they want to sell Reebok for $3.8 billion dollars less than what the company invested in Reebok 16 years ago.
Shortly before the pandemic began, CEO Kaspar Rørsted was seeking € 2 billion for the brand. Now, analysts expect its price to drop to half of what was thought last year. In 2020, Reebok generated € 1 billion, 22% down from 2019 and adidas, 13 billion, 20% less than the previous year.
