GANNI x Ace & Tate Returns With a New Collection

    written by OVERSTANDARD

This marks the second rendezvous between the two brands, unveiled amidst the captivating showcase of GANNI’s “Hello World!” exhibition within the vibrant tapestry of Copenhagen Fashion Week last August. Presenting a more intricate exploration of the collection, the primary objective remains steadfast: a commitment to shaping a brighter world through the embodiment of Ace & Tate‘s distinctive eyewear silhouettes.

Embodying names like ‘Dakota,’ ‘Twiggy‘, ‘Sadie,’ ‘Kayla,’ and ‘Noel,’ the eyewear selection unfolds in a kaleidoscope of lively hues such as ‘Kaffie,’ ‘Cherry Bomb,’ ‘Liquorice,’ ‘Moondust,’ and ‘Frosty.’ Crafted with environmental consciousness, each piece is meticulously fashioned from recycled acetate and rejuvenated bio acetate. Adding another layer of sustainability, the packaging is thoughtfully constructed from sugar cane, exemplifying the brands’ dedication to both style and eco-conscious practices.

“In our SS24 show we were looking to the future. We thought about a brighter tomorrow, focusing on more responsible choices and creating a range of eyewear that really speaks of individuality and personality. We had a lot of fun with the more spacy and futuristic shapes, which also complete our new play on the perfect cat eye. We wanted to make a collection for all tastes,”

    – Ditte Reffstrup, creative director of GANNI.
