About a month ago A COLD WALL *and Converse teased their new collaboration. Back then all we got to see was a grey’ish image.
Yesterday ACW released a full lookbook on their Instagram. The capsule, named Vulcanised Chuck Taylor-Carbon by the designer himself, Samuel Ross, features a Converse model that remains pristine and continues Ross’s strong artistic vision of simplicity, craftsmanship and asymmetry.
With technical workings that are styled with black, the boot previously seen in white-violet continues to maintain its mountain style, highlighting details such as a nylon-based construction, zig-zag laces with an almost hermetic closure and the seal of the two marks on the outer hard plastic parts.
