Aryo Toh Djojo (b.1984) is a Los Angeles based artist who’s works are primarily in painting. He completed his BFA at the Art Center College of Design of Pasadena, CA.
Since 2020 his paintings have explored the idea of mystery and spirituality through the subject UFOlogy. He uses the airbrush in a traditional, freehand technique, without the use of stencils and masking tape. His cinematic images and subjects portray the mise-en-scénes of daily life with UFOs lurking in the distance – and tries to bring the viewers into a state of meditation, in hopes of finding the answers within and beyond our world.
