Beau Carnes is an artist based in Washington, DC that paints with acrylics. He gets his inspiration from fleeting thoughts, (irrational) fears, philosophy, and dreams. Beau began painting to cope with the reality of going to a day job for the rest of his life that he was unsatisfied with. Without any real way of expressing himself outside of drawing, he turned to painting to dive deeper into his mind and explore the things he found the most interesting.
