Bugatti x adidas Unveils Limited Edition Crazyfast Football Boots

    by OVERSTANDARD November 3, 2023

In line with Bugatti’s “form follows performance” philosophy, these boots seamlessly integrate adidas’ cutting-edge Speedframe technology, purpose-built for feather-light, high-performance footwear engineered to deliver lightning-quick acceleration on the soccer field.

Additionally, the boots feature Aerocage technology, furnishing a tailored lining that offers exceptional midfoot support. This lining snugly contours to the foot, enhancing the overall fit. Adding to this, the Aeropacity Speedskin, a breathable single-layer mesh, incorporates a carbon fiber infusion akin to the materials employed in Bugatti’s prestigious automobiles. This infusion further elevates the boots’ speed and stability.

The midfoot introduces a semi-transparent mesh, exuding a touch of sophistication and now adorned with a striking dash of Bugatti blue, an homage to the automaker’s legendary Grand Prix racing heritage. Notably, the sides of these boots bear inscriptions reflecting the core values of both brands: adidas’ “Impossible is Nothing” and Bugatti’s “Create the Incomparable.”

For collectors with an eye on these exclusive boots, they will be presented in a distinctive box inspired by the carbon fiber fabrics that define Bugatti hypercars. Those eager to secure a pair can participate in an auction on the adidas Web3 platform from November 8 to 11. Following the auction’s close, winners will be able to claim their coveted prize, which includes a physical pair of boots and a digital cufflink, commencing on November 13. To provide a sneak peek of this unique collaboration, an official on-field presentation of the boots is scheduled, with esteemed soccer stars such as Rafael Leao and Karim Benzema poised to celebrate this exceptional partnership.
