In 1992 the horror movie Candyman, burst on to the horror scene with the iconic “say Candyman 5 times in the mirror” scene.
Jordan Peele, who has proven to be a solid horror director and previously created Get Out and Us, will be in charge of the screenplay.
The new interpretation of Clive Barker’s story becomes a spiritual continuation back in the Chicago neighborhood, where the legend started.
And the original Candyman aka. Tony Todd is back in the role.
