Devon Aoki has been chosen by Acne Studios, as the face of the Swedish brand’s Spring/Summer 2023 campaign, which was show by Carlijn Jacobs. Besides Leopold Duchemin’s styling, Sophear Van’s set design and casting direction were handled by GK-LD Projects. Hairstyling was done by Olivier Schawalder, while the make-up was done by Masae Ito, and manicure by Yvett G. By reinterpreting the concept of love in a distorted way, the campaign plays with traditional archetypes of romance in a new way. In the images, the sister of Steve Aoki is dressed in pink silk sheets and a pink dress, as well as a red and white plaid outfit and a flowing blue gown.
