Netflix has just unveiled the first trailer for ‘Jupiters Legacy‘, which is based on Mark Millar and Frank Quietly’s cartoon of the same name, which has been running since 2013. Mark Millar also created Kingsman, and Kick-Ass.
It follows the first superheroes on earth, who has kept the world safe for 90 years, and their children, who must carry on their parents legacy. However, the parents’ and the outside world’s expectations of the young heirs who have already been born into celebrity status are becoming difficult to meet.
Josh Duhamel, Leslie Bibb, Ben Daniels, Andrew Horton, Elena Kampouris, Mike Wade and Matt Lanter are all starring in the big budget series, which has Steven S. DeKnight as program creator and writer. He has previously been a screenwriter and director on Netlix ‘Marvel series’ Daredevil‘ and ‘Pacific Rim: Uprising‘.
‘Jupiter’s Legacy’ will premiere May 7, on Netflix of course.
