Danish bicycle brand MATE bike have teamed up with the legendary luxury fashion brand Moncler, for a new limited edition electric bike.
MATE.BIKE continues their successful approach by promoting their new bike on the crowdfunding platform Indiegogo, to ensure that there is actually enough interest in the production of the total 1000 bikes launched in the collaboration.
This is Moncler’s first collaborations with a brand that is not In the fashion business. The new bike has been named MATE x Moncler Genius 2020.
This is the fastest MATE yet, and it comes in a version with 1000 Watts engine which allows speeds of up to 33 mph. The battery used is a 48 volt that has enough capacity for up to 68 miles on a single charge.
The bike is also equipped with a new anti-theft system SDM (Self Destruct Mode) – The bike is connected to the 4G network and can always be tracked and possibly ‘self destructes’ from an app that the owner has control over. It comes in 2 different color options: PEAK WHITE and DEEP BLACK.
