Following the coronavirus crisis, several galleries and museums around the world are offering free virtual tours of their collections. One of the latest museums to join the digital initiative is the National Gallery of Victoria Melbourne, Australia. This weekend the museum announced that it has launched a virtual tour of its exhibition “KAWS: COMPANIONSHIP IN THE AGE OF LONELINESS”.

The extensive exhibition explores the various facets of KAWS, highlighting murals, large-scale sculptures, street and public art, as well as original designs from its fashion collaborations. It is divided into four themes: “Public Interventions,” “Iconography,” “Order And Chaos,” and “Companionship.” The centerpiece of the show is a bronze sculpture, its largest statue to date.

It can be seen on the NGV Melbourne website until April 13, 2020.
