Tony Hawk is a name most of you know, even though you may not be a skater or know the “Pro Skater games”
In addition to being an icon on the board, he also helped create a milestone in the gaming industry when he was instrumental in creating Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater back in 1999 – it sold 9 million copies!
Now there’s a documentary about the game phenomenon, which goes by the name of Pretending I’m A Superman – which tells the story of the developers behind the game and their way to creating history.
Hawk and a lot of other legends that the game developers were inspired by, are of course instrumental in interviews and portraits.
The documentary will premiere at the Mammoth Film Festival in late February, but when it will be released to the general public is not yet known.
