ASICS has teamed up with Sneakmart and French artist Staniflou to create a new version of the GEL-NYC sneaker. The result is the GEL-NYC “OBI“, a shoe inspired by a Japanese rabbit named “OBI” who becomes a judo master. The sneaker features a white and cream color scheme with pistachio green accents, and a fur fabric overlay on the ASICS logo. Each pair also comes with special laces and a gold leaf Sneakmart logo. The GEL-NYC “OBI” is limited to 200 units and will be available for purchase on October 6 through the Sneakmart app.
