BEAMS exclusively offered the Mizuno Wave Rider 10 in Wood Ash-Flame Orange in Japan, as part of the opening launches of the Kyoto store. The good news is that the pair will now have a global launch in select stores.
The shoe with a utilitarian aesthetic, combines elements of hiking and retro design in its design. Smooth leather and nylon uppers are powdery beige and 3M orange straps.
Rubber has been used for details such as the oversized tongue tag, while the Mizuno logo appears as a translucent overlay on the nylon upper. It comes with two sets of tubular laces, a sock lining and technical sole.
