Anthony Vaccarello’s Yves Saint Laurent brand is known for its sophisticated and predominantly black clothing, complemented by stylish sunglasses and luxurious handbags. On the other hand, Saint Laurent Rive Droite showcases a creative universe that encompasses a diverse range of products, spanning from household items to pool floats and skateboards.

As part of its Rive Droite summer collection, YSL presents a captivating selection of hand-picked vintage rock t-shirts. Notably, they offer iconic pieces such as a 90s In Utero T-shirt priced at $2,690, a classic Nirvana Smiley Face tee for $990, and an original Incesticide t-shirt priced outrageously at $4,450 USD. Additionally, Saint Laurent has curated other vintage T-shirts that perfectly embody Vaccarello’s vision, including designs featuring Twilight Zone, peace signs, and an old Roy Lichtenstein artwork.

While these vintage band T-shirts can be found elsewhere for considerably less money, their exorbitant prices have surprised many. Nonetheless, the brand’s focus on these band-inspired tees is not unexpected, given the influence of former creative director Hedi Slimane, who has consistently infused the essence of rock ‘n roll into his designs, now continuing this legacy at CELINE.
