Samuel Ross, founder of, A-COLD-WALL*, envisions the Future73 collection as a continuation of Timberland’s 50-year celebration.
For five decades, Timberland has held a prominent position in urban culture. Renowned for its enduring designs in workwear, sportswear, and streetwear, Timberland exudes remarkable quality and possesses a cultural impact that transcends comprehension. This fiftieth anniversary marks a significant milestone for the brand, which has been actively pursuing numerous projects to solidify its position. Collaborations with the likes of Vans, Aimé Léon Dore, Pharrell’s Bee Line, and Tommy Hilfiger have consistently paid homage to New York hip-hop culture.
Today, Samuel Ross, the founder of A-Cold-Wall*, intertwines paths with Timberland to unveil a futuristic collection bearing a symbolic name: Future73. This collection reimagines two iconic Timberland classics—the 6-Inch Boot and the beloved Boat shoe 3-Eye—in a contemporary and minimalist rendition. These two footwear pieces will be accompanied by a clothing capsule that aligns with the avant-garde DNA of the collection.
The Samuel Ross-designed Timberland Future73 collection will be available starting tomorrow on the Timberland website and in physical stores. Additionally, the capsule will be offered at select retailers.
