Introducing the new PUMA Star silhouette, a contemporary reinterpretation of the iconic 1970 PUMA Wimbledon tennis shoe. This reimagined classic represents the perfect fusion of sport and style, and it is set to make its debut in a limited-edition premium leather version.
Complementing the sneaker, the collection created in collaboration with NOAH embraces NOAH’s signature preppy East Coast sportswear aesthetic. The lineup showcases an array of sporty fabrics like recycled French terry, velvet, and cotton twill, employed in the design of painter’s caps, crewneck sweaters, rugby shirts, and various other pieces.
“NOAH are true masters of the craft when it comes to reinterpreting classics. Working with the team to reimagine pieces from PUMA’s sports archive has been a unique opportunity to create something new, a true creative synergy between the two brands, and the same can be said for the campaign”– Alexandra Weiland, Senior Marketing Director at PUMA
Directed by Brian Billow, the campaign for the collection features a playful series of images featuring streakers and nudists, aiming to emphasize NOAH co-founder, Brendon Babenzien’s, belief that “clothing and footwear choices should be fun.”
The PUMA x NOAH collaboration will officially launch on July 1, with an exclusive early release, which is available now, both online and in-store at NOAH.
