He adeptly adapts the house’s iconic elements to the contemporary and even envisions their relevance in a future era.
This innovative design approach, rooted in the crossroads between streetwear or its subcultural influence and avant-garde aesthetics, finds expression in a collection tailored for the upcoming SS24 season. Returning to his Parisian origins, Pharrell introduces a lively menswear line already sported by notable figures like Rihanna and LeBron James.
Embarking on a new modern narrative, models grace staircases clad in motorcycle-inspired leather ensembles, sporting rectangular sunglasses and helmets. These scenes seamlessly intertwine with others set against historical backdrops, featuring elements such as cropped plaid blazers in muted grey hues. Urban vibes take center stage with rhinestone-studded varsity jackets paired with monogrammed bags inspired by their high-end counterparts.
To cap it off, comfortable tracksuits are adorned with pearlescent embellishments, and pixelated graphics by Williams contribute to the striking visual impact of the collection. The ensemble is completed with rubber rain boots and a denim uniform inspired by A$AP Rocky’s distinctive style.
