Style Not Com, an Instagram account, has become an indispensable reference for those committed to the fashion system. Before its arrival, fashion social media was dominated by traditional media and insider accounts. However, in September 2021, Beka Gvishiani, the creative force behind this innovative profile, completely changed the game. Inspired by Style.com‘s legacy, Gvishiani introduced a minimalist format with a clear message: white text on a Klein blue background. No street style images, no runway shows, just words summarizing the most relevant aspects of the fashion industry. This fresh approach quickly redefined how we consume fashion information in the digital age.

What began as a simple Instagram account rapidly transformed into a benchmark for designers, editors, influencers, and fashion enthusiasts. Thanks to its innovative approach, Style Not Com captured the attention of major luxury names and positioned itself as a key resource within the industry. In 2023, Beka Gvishiani was included in the prestigious BoF 500 list, recognizing the most influential individuals in the fashion world.

“If you know me, you know that I’m always talking about fashion, day and night, inside and out, with friends or family,” (…) “That’s why, when we started talking about designing this capsule, the first thing I said was, ‘Let’s talk about fashion.’ And here we are, talking about fashion through white t-shirts, gray sweatshirts, and a blue cap. But not ‘that cap.’ To make our fashion conversations even more fun, we added Zara Home candles, matches, notebooks, and mirrors.”

Style Not Com has marked a turning point in fashion communication, demonstrating that clarity, immediacy, and authenticity can surpass carefully curated images. Today, its influence is undeniable, and its unique aesthetic has become fundamental to the digital fashion world. Now, Zara is paying homage to this revolution with an exclusive capsule collection that perfectly captures Beka’s essence: minimalism, irony, and direct language, all wrapped in a simple color palette of blue, white, and black.
