AMIRI’s First London Flagship is Now Open on New Bond Street

The LA label opens its first London flagship, mixing West Coast glamour with old-world tailoring codes

AMIRI has officially landed in London. The Los Angeles label has opened its first UK flagship on New Bond Street, marking a new chapter in its European expansion and placing its glossy, rock-tinged universe inside one of the city’s most established luxury corridors.

For a brand built on the mythology of LA — music, celebrity, denim, leather, soft rebellion — London makes a surprisingly natural second home. The new boutique doesn’t try to disguise AMIRI’s Hollywood DNA. Instead, it filters it through a more restrained, Mayfair language: rich textures, polished surfaces, intimate rooms, and an atmosphere closer to a private residence than a conventional store.

The location matters. Sitting just moments from Savile Row, the space quietly connects AMIRI’s relaxed Californian attitude with London’s long history of tailoring and craft. That tension — between ease and precision, rockstar fantasy and old-world polish — has always been part of the brand’s appeal. Here, it becomes architectural.

Rather than feeling like a straightforward retail opening, the flagship reads as a statement of positioning. AMIRI is no longer just exporting LA cool; it is embedding itself inside the codes of European luxury, while keeping its own language intact. The result is part Hollywood hideaway, part Mayfair townhouse — a space built for a customer who wants the glamour without losing the edge.

The opening also signals how far the brand has travelled since Mike Amiri launched the label in 2014. What began with distressed denim, leather jackets, and a music-soaked vision of Los Angeles has grown into a global luxury house with a clearer, more elevated vocabulary.
