Bodega and New Balance have joined forces to present a unique interpretation of the 610 silhouette, paying tribute to the world of birding in honor of Hubert, also known as “Live Action”. Dubbed as “The Trail Less Taken”, the Bodega x New Balance 610 sneaker collection celebrates Hubert’s passion for birds. Having been captivated by the avian creatures he observed from his window during his childhood, Hubert developed a deep appreciation for them and even learned to raise and care for pigeons.
Drawing inspiration from the vibrant plumage of birds, the sneaker exhibits a brilliant blue mesh foundation, complemented by a rich purple interior. The laces are adorned with bows in striking shades of red and purple. The upper showcases a sleek silver “N” logo, while the sole offers exceptional traction with a captivating blend of gray, black, and soft mint green hues.
Starting from June 9, the Bodega x New Balance 610 collaboration will be made available at Bodega, New Balance, and select retailers, with a price tag of $160 USD. This remarkable sneaker collection seamlessly merges the worlds of fashion and birding, capturing the essence of Hubert’s fascination with these magnificent creatures.
