Gramicci’s Fall Drop Blends Climbing Heritage With Retro Outdoor Energy

    by OVERSTANDARD August 18, 2025
    written by OVERSTANDARD

Gramicci returns this fall with a lineup that fuses retro outdoors energy with a distinctly California-meets-Japan aesthetic. Born from the 1980s climbing scene, the label keeps its roots intact while reimagining staples through technical fabrics—think water-repellent treatments, breathable textures, Japanese denim, wool blends, and thermal linings designed for the shift in seasons.

The palette lands in familiar autumn tones—olive, burgundy, indigo, brown—punctuated by unexpected shocks of neon, like orange and lime green, injecting a vibrant edge into cold-weather gear. Standouts include blurred camo outerwear, a neon-orange puffer, a tie-dye thermal layer, and a mohair cardigan, styled against rugged work pantsand shell trousers with bold lime accents.

This drop captures Gramicci’s ongoing dialogue between heritage function and street-ready experimentation, proving that performance wear doesn’t have to sacrifice attitude. The new collection lands August 21 via the brand’s webstore.
