Converse and NOAH Turn Louie Lopez’s Skate Shoe Into a Quiet Summer Classic

Some skate shoes shout. The new Converse x NOAH Louie Lopez 2 Pro does the opposite. It keeps its voice low, its shape clean, and its attitude somewhere between the skate park, the sidewalk, and a slightly worn-in summer wardrobe.

The collaboration brings NOAH into the world of Converse CONS, using Louie Lopez’s second signature shoe as the base. Lopez has been riding with Converse’s skate division since 2014, and the Louie Lopez 2 Pro has already established itself as a low-profile skate model built around control, durability, and understated performance.

For this version, NOAH keeps the functional bones intact but gives the shoe a sharper visual identity. The upper arrives in premium green suede, contrasted with a white foam tongue carrying the NOAH logo, while a classic gum rubber solekeeps the whole thing grounded. Branding is minimal: a perforated Converse star on the side and Lopez’s initialsembossed in gold on the heel.

That restraint is the point. NOAH, founded by Brendon Babenzien, has always worked in the overlap between skate, surf, prep, workwear, music, and New York menswear codes. It understands that a product does not need to scream to carry a point of view. Here, that attitude turns a technical skate shoe into something softer, stranger, and more wearable.

There is also a personal logic to the collaboration. Louie Lopez joined NOAH’s skate team in 2023, making this feel less like a random product link-up and more like a continuation of an existing relationship. The shoe becomes a meeting point between Lopez’s smooth, precise style and NOAH’s ability to make American casualwear feel slightly more thoughtful.

The CONS x NOAH Louie Lopez 2 Pro launched on July 30, 2026, through Converse, NOAH, and select retailers, priced at $90.
