After having joined the Bored Ape Yacht Club back in March, pop icon Madonna has taken it one step further and launched her own NFT collection. For this project she has teamed up with none other than The Godfather of NFTs, Michael Joseph Winkelmann, aka. Beeple. The duo has created a 3-video NFT collection titled “Mother of Creation”, which shows a naked Madonna in CGI giving birth, exploring the nature of creation and motherhood.
The Madonna x Beeple “Mother of Creation” NFT collection is available now, via auction, on SuperRare. Proceeds from the action will be donated to 3 charities: The City of Hoy, Black Mama’s Bail Out and The Voices of Children Foundation. Crypto payment service, MoonPay, will also be donating $100,000 to each of the charities.
