Back in February of 2022, Maison Margiela and Salomon presented a new collaboration with the Maison Margiela MM6 line.
Now the duo has teamed up again and presented 2 new silhouettes, the “Cross Low” and “Cross High”. A perfect mix between Margiela’s luxury aesthetics and Salomon’s technical expertise. The Cross Low will arrive in 3 colorways: “Black / White, “Red / Pink”, and “Khaki / Green”. The Cross High arrives in 2 colorways, red or black.
“Our motivation was to create a shoe that could easily transition between urban landscapes and the great outdoors, a single product that would maintain Salomon’s high performance specifications and also will resonate with the contemporary aesthetic of MM6 Maison Margiela. However, the central idea was the same as it has always been for us. Our goal was to take Salomon’s performance-based designs to such an extreme that they would seamlessly integrate into the MM6 wardrobe.”

The MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon shows will be released November 11, on the Salomon and Maison Margiela websites and stores, as well as select retailers.
