Olaolu Slawn Brings Street Art to the Track in HUGO x Racing Bulls F1 Collaboration

Olaolu Slawn is making 2025 his year. After teaming up with Nike and turning a Marni residency into a full-on collection, the British artist has now entered the fast lane—literally—with a new three-way collaboration between HUGO, Racing Bulls (formerly AlphaTauri), and Slawn himself. The result? A Formula 1 car transformed into a rolling canvas of his signature chaotic charm.

Unveiled at the Flannels X pop-up in London, the car’s new spray-painted livery was revealed by Slawn in person, decked out in his trademark cartoonish iconography and irreverent aesthetic. The redesigned vehicle will make its racing debut this weekend at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, merging contemporary art and high-speed spectacle on one of motorsport’s most iconic stages.

But the project doesn’t stop at the track. The event also marked the release of a limited-edition capsule collection, blending classic tailoring with Slawn’s street-inflected visuals. Standout pieces include a herringbone blazer splashed with paint, oversized sweatshirts, and a studio-worn polo shirt—each item hand-numbered and signed by the artist, adding a collectible dimension to the drop.

This collaboration isn’t just a fusion of fashion, art, and sport—it’s a bold statement about creative crossover culture, and Slawn is steering it straight into the future.
