World Famous Restaurant NOMA Re-Opens as Wine and Burger-Bar

by Rubén Palma May 18, 2020
    written by Rubén Palma

The world renowned Danish restaurant NOMA is the biggest pioneer when it comes to Nordic cuisine and they are now ready to re-open the doors according to the National Board of Health and the Government’s guidelines next week. But they put a twist on it.

Where you previously had to be at the forefront for countless months to get a reservation for one of their famous seasons – they now open up like a small, cozy walk-in wine and burger bar.

It will be an outdoor wine bar, which opens on May 21 in beautiful surroundings – no reservations, open to everyone so you can taste a Noma cheeseburger.

If you’re a vegetarian, you will be able to get a meatless burger that is seasoned with magic from their fermentation cellar.

The wine bar is open from Thursday to Sunday 13-19 – takeaway will also be an option.

Later in the season, when Corona is blown a little more over, Noma will open again, as we know it.
