    Daily Paper x Off-White x Surf Ghana – Opens First Ever Skatepark in Ghana in Tribute to Virgil Abloh

    Off White and Daily Paper has teamed up with Surf Ghana, to create the first ever skate park in Ghana, the FREEDOM Skatepark. During the inauguration, tribute was paid to Virgil Abloh who had been a key figure in the development of the project since its inception four years ago.

    The new skatepark offers free access and is open from 7am to 9pm. It boasts 500m2 and is located in Accra. It features the Ghanaian Adinkra “Fawohodie” symbol, which represents: Freedom, emancipation and independence. Surf Ghana will be organizing free activities such as skateboard training classes, exclusive training for women and late night training on the weekends.
