British online fashion and cosmetic retailer Asos, recently confirmed the acquisition of Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge and HIIT for a combined price of € 300 million euros. The brands mentioned above are the main brands of the Arcadia Group, which has been in bankruptcy since November 30.
