iItalian glassmaker VENINI and luxury shoe and accessory brand, Jimmy Choo, has teamed up for a collaboration that was revealed at Milan’s Salone del Mobile 2023. The collection comprises of four vases with different sizes and hues that offer a reinterpretation of Venini’s iconic “Poliedro” Murano glass element. Using ancient glassblowing techniques, these exquisite vases were handcrafted in the Murano factory, capturing and refracting light with their colorful and multifaceted surfaces. The prismatic quality of these crystal objects is reminiscent of Jimmy Choo’s iconic diamond chain, featured in the brand’s latest shoe, bag, and jewelry designs. The vases, which are a limited-edition creation, will be on exhibit in the window of Jimmy Choo’s flagship boutique in Milan from April 18-23.
