Takashi Murakami Opens New Café in Tokyo

Japanese artist Takashi Murakami has unveiled some new photos, giving us an inside look of his famous café, which is opening up at a new location in the popular Roppongi Hill district.

The new café opens as part of the “Roppongi Hills Takashi Murakami Project” showcasing artists work in different locations around the neighborhood. A golden statue 10 meters high was also installed on site and the metro station was completely redone by the artist. Takashi Murakmi is finally at the center of an exhibition in the famous Mori Art Museum in the neighboring tower with unseen works.
