Following the buzz around the Salary Man collection — a conceptual dive into the mundane rituals and uniforms of the modern office worker — Mathias Andrés and his team at We Are Not Friends return with a seasonal shift. Their new drop, Out of Office, is a sun-drenched antidote to work culture, offering a uniform for leisure and an escape from the grind.
The 20-piece collection is framed as an anti-productivity manifesto, geared towards movement, freedom, and sweat — ideal for impromptu beach getaways or simply doing nothing at all. Think cropped T-shirts with bold, direct-to-the-point graphics, and technical pants built for spontaneity. The focus is on function, but with flair.
Color-wise, the palette leans fully into a Mediterranean summer fantasy — coral, pool blue, and sandy beigedominate, punctuated by surprise accents that have become a We Are Not Friends signature. Every item is locally produced in Spain and Portugal, underscoring the brand’s commitment to sustainable, regional manufacturing.
“We wanted to capture that moment when it’s decided that the world can wait,” says Andrés. For him, Out of Office is more than clothing — it’s a philosophy, an invitation to unplug, and a gentle reminder to reconnect with yourself, far from screens, deadlines, and digital noise.
The collection is available now via the brand’s webshop and select global retailers.
