Ahead of GIVENCHY‘s Spring / Summer 2022 show on October 3, creative director Matthew M. Williams has shared the first look at the house’s new sneaker silhouette.
On Instagram, the designer posted a series of in-progress images of the sneaker in two different colorways: black and royal blue. As described by Williams, the shoe style “uses a blend of Kevlar with TPU yarn in the sole unit for durability to create the 360-degree full-knit sneaker from upper to sole.” The Givenchy logo completes the design, which has been placed near the back in a shade of white.
The New GIVENCHY sneaker will be released October 3.
