A black box located in the outback of Tasmania, Australia will record the end of humanity. The project, called “Earth’s Black Box“, is a giant steel facility, soon to be filled with hard drives powered by solar panels, each documenting and preserving a stream of real-time scientific updates and analysis on the main problems that threaten the world.

Each hard drive will have information related to climate change, species extinction, environmental pollution and health impacts, it is estimated that this material will be updated in real time, just like the black boxes on airplanes,

“The Black Box of the Earth will record every step we take towards this catastrophe. Hundreds of data sets, measurements and interactions related to the health of our planet will be continuously collected and stored safely for future generations .”
