Louis Vuitton is looking to continue its association with the NBA with a new footwear collaboration. This week we got look at the rumored upcoming release. Both photos show a wheat-colored ankle boot, reminiscent of Louis Vuitton’s Creeper boot. It appears to be made of suede, with a gold foil branding, gold eyelets, and gold monogram flowers on the midsole towards the heel. The NBA logo is emblazoned on the tongue, while a similar co-branding is displayed on the insole.
Louis Vuitton announced a multi-year partnership with the NBA in early 2020, from which Virgil Abloh has been hired to design apparel and accessory collections.
Louis Vuitton has yet to confirm details related to the NBA-branded boot, but we will keep you updated.
