Acne Studios, has launched its second capsule collection with DJ and producer Honey Dijon. This limited edition line represents the evolution of the collaboration between Dijon’s eponymous label and Acne Studios.
Building on the ideas presented in the previous FW21 installment, the collection continues to reinterpret Acne Studios’ iconic archive pieces in unique colors curated by Dijon. The capsule collection embodies the values of club culture, which go beyond entertainment and emphasize a sense of community. Dijon and Acne Studios explore the existing dress codes in spaces ranging from underground clubs in New York to dance halls.
The result of this exploration is a line that includes a bomber, jumpsuit, and plexiglass mules, all available in lilac, emerald green, and bright fuchsia. Dijon drew inspiration from mail-order catalogs from the late 1970s and early 1980s, and many of the key pieces are genderless and perfect for travel or partying. The plexiglass shoe is available up to size 46, with interchangeable heels that can be worn by all genders.
The new Honey Dijon x Acne Studios collection, is available now, on the Acne Studios website and stores, and in HFD stores worldwide.
