NEIGHBORHOOD and Fucking Awesome Collide for a Grit-Soaked Capsule

by OS Staff July 14, 2025
    written by OS Staff

In a collision of two distinct subcultural forces, NEIGHBORHOOD is teaming up with Fucking Awesome for a new capsule drop landing July 19 — a fusion that channels raw skate energy through the lens of premium Japanese craftsmanship.

The collaboration brings together NEIGHBORHOOD’s deep roots in motorcycle and workwear culture with Fucking Awesome’s no-filter skateboarding ethos. The result? A tight lineup of long-sleeve tees, zip-up hoodies, and graphic-heavy staples that pulse with attitude. Every piece is laced with co-branded visuals — a tug-of-war between NEIGHBORHOOD’s refined detailing and FA’s chaotic iconography.

One of the standout pieces is a matte black workwear jacket — understated on the outside, explosive within. Its cyberpunk-inspired inner lining flashes with color and movement, while gold zips and loose-stitch logos offer a gritty nod to vintage Americana and bootleg culture.

For collectors and heads alike, the drop also features a limited incense chamber, reimagined as a cab-shaped ceramic sculpture — a signature NEIGHBORHOOD object now infused with FA’s wild irreverence. A pair of sleek, blacked-out sunglasses rounds out the collection, tying the whole visual story together in a moment of effortless street authority.

Every garment and object in the capsule feels built to last — high on texture, storytelling, and subcultural clout — making this one of the season’s most character-rich collabs.

The full collection releases July 19 at 12 p.m. JST / July 18 at 11 p.m. EST, exclusively via NEIGHBORHOOD’s official website.
