First born in the 1990s as an emblem of rebellious street culture and outdoor experimentation, The North Face’s iconic Red Box series is officially making its triumphant comeback for Fall/Winter 2026. Merging archival nostalgia with contemporary technical innovation, the outdoor giant resurrects its beloved square logo sub-label—delivering a collection designed for city explorers, subcultural visionaries, and outdoor purists alike.
The new drop bridges the gap between 90s heritage streetwear and extreme-weather utility through modernized, relaxed silhouettes. Leading the technical range is the TNF™ Red Box Down Jacket, insulated with 700-fill responsible goose down and encased in wind-resistant WINDWALL™ recycled shell fabric to withstand sub-zero conditions.Alongside heavy outerwear, mid-layers like the Red Box ½-Zip Fleece and reversible fleece-to-woven jackets offer oversized, tactile comfort crafted from 100% recycled polyesters.
Every garment in the capsule is defined by functional weatherproofing, non-PFC DWR finishes, and heavy-duty Taslan cottons. Subtle branding takes center stage with the signature embroidered Red Box patch affixed to left sleeves and pocket facades, keeping the visual identity cleanly anchored in timeless, utilitarian minimalism. Rounded out by durable daily essentials—including relaxed joggers, heavy cotton tees, and multi-pocket carry totes—the lineup builds a complete urban uniform.
