Our Legacy Work Shop x ROA Drop a Minimalist, Mountain-Ready Anniversary Capsule

by OS Staff December 10, 2025
    written by OS Staff

For their latest project, Our Legacy Work Shop and Italian outdoor label ROA mark a double milestone — two decades of OLWS and a decade of ROA — with a capsule that treats clothing like equipment rather than decoration.

Instead of leaning on colour or graphics, the collaboration goes almost monastic. The entire lineup is cast in shades of black and grey, with small flashes of reflective detailing that activate only when the light hits just right. It’s designed for people who move between cities, forests, and everything in between — a wardrobe that doesn’t ask you to choose a terrain.

The apparel selection is intentionally tight: a leather outer shell, a puffer built for real cold, a long-sleeve base layer, straight-cut denim, a minimal beanie, and several accessories. All the pieces carry subtle anniversary labels, but nothing feels commemorative in a nostalgic way — the focus stays on fabric, construction, and function.

The standout is the updated Andreas Boot, rebuilt this time in waxed kudu leather. The material choice isn’t aesthetic alone; kudu ages dramatically, meaning each pair will develop its own scratches, sheen, and personality with wear — almost like a diary written into the surface.

The capsule is available now at Dover Street Market Ginza and through both brands’ online stores.
