The COMME des GARÇONS Championship Rings have just made a comeback at Dover Street Market. Introduced a few years ago, the rings are designed with an eye toward the rings that championship winners receive in sports leagues such as the NBA, NFL, or NHL.
Designed by Rei Kawakubo, the rings are made of silver, onyx or zirconia, and are engraved with slogans such as “MY ENERGY COMES FROM FREEDOM“, “LIVE FREE“or “STRONG WILL.” They also feature a central logo in the form of a number « 1 »,« CDG »or« COMME des GARÇONS ».
