Almost two years after leaving the house that defined her life, the ultimate fashion icon is back as Chief Creative Officer of a mysterious new beauty and lifestyle venture.
Forget everything you think you know about traditional luxury. Donatella Versace is officially back, but she isn’t stepping into a historic fashion house or raiding the family archives this time around. Eighteen months after stepping down as creative head of Versace— ending nearly three decades of high-octane glamour—the Italian fashion legend has announced her grand return to the industry.

Her new partner in crime? None other than Revolve Group, the LA-based e-commerce powerhouse adored by Gen Z and internet royalty.
This isn’t just a high-fashion guest collaboration; Donatella is taking the wheel as Chief Creative Officer of an entirely independent, yet-unnamed brand. Spanning fashion, beauty, and entertainment, the project aims to dismantle traditional luxury paradigms in favor of how a new generation discovers, consumes, and lives culture today.
“I believe creativity should be fearless, inclusive and alive in the world,” Donatella said in a statement. “I have always been inspired by the next generation, in music, film, art and, of course, fashion. This partnership gives me the freedom to speak to that generation in a completely new and personal way.”
While specific product details remain closely guarded under lock and key, the venture will officially hit the global stage in 2027, launching across the U.S., Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, with beauty rumored to be her very first drop. By linking her legendary creative identity with Revolve’s massive digital infrastructure, Donatella is proving that true icons never fade—they just reinvent the future.
