Instagram Starts Testing NFTs this Week

Back in January, Twitter announced the adaptation of NFTs. Now, Instagram has announced that they too, are gearing up to incorporate NFTs to the platform. And according to Instagram CEO, Adam Mosseri, “There will be no fees associated with posting or sharing a digital collectible on IG”.

According to TechCrunch, the first beta-run will start immediately for a chosen few NFT advocates within the Unites States, such as: @c.syresmith, @swopes, @adambombsquad, @bluethegreat, @bossbeautiesnft,@oseanworld, @cynthiaerivo, @garyvee, @misshattan, @jenstark, @justmaiko, @maliha_z_art, @paigebueckers, @phiawilson, @yungjake and @nopattern. They will be able to showcase their NFTs, as well as tagging the creators of the valuable digital art.
