Nike and Stüssy have teamed up once again to rework the Air Force 1 silhouette. In addition to the sneaker, both are set to launch a limited collection of sustainable clothing.
Like the AF1’s with ‘Fossil Stone‘ and ‘Black‘ colourways, the sneakers have the Stussy double S logo embroidered on the toe and co-branding on the tongue. Each pair is hand dyed plant-colored by Los Angeles-based art project Lookout & Wonderland. Ethically collected natural dyes create five iterations of the kicks, including red, green, dark gray, yellow, and blue.

In addition to sneakers, they have created upcycled quilted garments. Comprised of a hoodie, skirt and pants, the collection is made from translucent ripstop fabric with at least 75% recycled nylon recovered from waste products. Parts are packed with Thermore EcoDown to replace down fill with recycled polyester

The Nike x Stüssy Air Force 1’s and limited edition garments are scheduled to be released January 29 on the Stüssy website.
