In a bold new editorial, Stone Island ventures deep into Medellín, spotlighting Los Pikes—a raw, high-energy biker community that lives and breathes speed. Led by editorial director Isaac Lamb and archivist Arco Maher, the project captures the group’s authentic spirit, merging urban grit with the brand’s legendary design history.
The team curated archive-heavy looks that speak directly to the streets: standout pieces like the AW ’991–’992 Green Reflective Shell Jacket and the SS ’002 Lime Green Monofilament Nylon Mesh embody both innovation and cultural resonance. The goal? To translate the unrelenting movement of Los Pikes into imagery that feels immediate, unfiltered, and alive.
As local skater and community member Gonogold puts it: “We go through life at speed because of motorcycles… We all go fast. We all want to get somewhere as fast as possible.” The result is an editorial that feels less like a fashion shoot and more like a full-throttle immersion into a world where style and velocity are inseparable.
