Since its early days under Massimo Osti, Stone Island has built an identity around exploration, movement, and the constant push toward new frontiers. This restless spirit finds its latest expression in the Navigation Series, a project shaped through the lens of photographer and filmmaker Liam MacRae. The series continues the brand’s tradition of reimagining its compass emblem, transforming it into a symbol of discovery that adapts to unexpected environments.
Past chapters in the campaign have brought the compass into the worlds of rescue missions, canine units, and rugged off-road terrains. The newest evolution, titled Under The Radar, shifts the focus beneath the surface, immersing the emblem within the submerged landscapes of the Bahamas. Here, the compass becomes a metaphor for mapping the unknown, aligning with Stone Island’s long-standing role as a laboratory of material innovation and a brand driven by the pursuit of untested possibilities.
