This weeks Supreme drop has a surprice in store for us, in the form of one of the worlds most sought after and recognizable chairs: The Vitra Panton Chair. Finished in the usual Supreme red, with its white logo running from top to bottom, its glossy finish is striking, replacing the usual matte.
The chair was originally designed by the renowned Danish designer Verner Panton in 1959, it began serial production in 1967 in collaboration with Vitra. It was the first plastic chair made in one piece.
For the launch, legendary music director Hype Williams has directed an ad in which a woman can be seen dancing on the chair, which will be released today on the Supreme website.
