Stone Island Ghost returns with a bold statement for Fall/Winter 2025, stripping back excess to reveal a universe of monochromatic precision and minimalist form. This special line reimagines the idea of camouflage, not for forests or battlefields, but for the urban landscape. Drawing on Japanese brutalism, the palette immerses itself in deep blacks, earthy browns, intense dark blues, and muted grays, shaping an aesthetic both restrained and uncompromising.
At the heart of the collection is the President’s Knit, now elevated through cashmere, blending archival heritage with luxury. Alongside it, a coat with a removable lining operated by a drawstring system embraces a modular designlanguage, offering adaptability without losing rigor. Yet the most striking leap is the debut of the DAVID-TC fabric — a pressure-dyed polyester treated with an anti-drop finish, yielding a compressed, durable surface that fuses technical mastery with textural depth.
Fronting the campaign is actor Alessandro Borghi, newly integrated into the brand’s COMMUNITY AS A FORM OF RESEARCH initiative, embodying Stone Island’s mission to link aesthetic rigor with textile innovation. Now available through the Stone Island online store, the collection underscores how Ghost has become less about invisibility and more about the sharp clarity of design stripped to its essence.
