For Fall/Winter 2025, Canada Goose and Haider Ackermann take a bold step away from the muted codes traditionally associated with cold weather. Rather than leaning on the usual deep neutrals, the designer injects winter with an unexpected vibrancy, blending electric pastels like mintlavender, and icy blue with more grounded earth tones. His intention is clear: to show that winter is not a dormant season, but one filled with energy and quiet life. As Ackermann puts it, the collection is meant to mirror “the pulse that keeps moving beneath the cold.”

This idea of motion is also at the heart of the campaign shot by Tim Elkaïm. The cast — including Willie NelsonD’Pharaoh Woon-A-TaiTasha TilbergStevie SimsXiaowen Ju, and Connor Newall — appears caught in a sudden rush of wind. Their coats tugged open, scarves lifting, silhouettes tilting; the imagery feels almost cinematic, a freeze-frame of winter stirring back to life. The stark white background amplifies the sense of strengthendurance, and a subtle optimism that underpins the whole project.

The clothing reinforces this mood. Some pieces lean into structure and protection — like the Thalix Parka, a heavy, sculptural outer layer built for harsh conditions. Others embrace movement and lightness, such as the Shift Anorak or the sleek Weld Jacket. The Merge Jacket and Pant deliver a head-to-toe reflective finish, while the Rigel Heavyweight Hoodie serves as the emotional anchor with a message that feels almost like a manifesto: “The Earth Needs All the Friends It Can Get.”

Ackermann takes that message beyond the runway. In collaboration with Polar Bears International, he is leading a small group to Churchill, Manitoba, one of the few places where polar bears gather each November. The trip doubles as a gesture of love toward the Arctic landscape that defines Canada Goose — and as a reminder of what’s at stake if the planet loses its coldest regions.

The Snow Goose FW25 capsule will roll out globally, with early online access from November 13–17, followed by a wider release in select stores starting November 18. Additional pieces are set to arrive as winter unfolds.
