After first collaborating in 2023, Montblanc once again taps into the eccentric world of Wes Anderson to present a new chapter in their shared narrative. The result is “Let’s Write”, a charming four-minute short film that fuses humor, nostalgia, and Anderson’s unmistakable vision of luxury storytelling.

More than a commercial, the film is a stylized tribute to handwriting—a theme deeply embedded in both Montblanc’s heritage and Anderson’s cinematic universe. “Let’s Write” celebrates the quiet ritual of writing by hand, as well as the meticulous craftsmanship behind the tools that make that ritual possible.

Starring Rupert FriendMichael Cera, and Waris Ahluwalia, the film transports viewers into a world where every object has a backstory. Among them are the Montblanc Writing Traveler Bag, a portable writing desk designed for modern creatives on the go, and the Schreiberling, a special-edition writing instrument created by Wes Andersonhimself in honor of the Meisterstück’s 100th anniversary.

With “Let’s Write,” Montblanc and Anderson deliver a playful yet poetic exploration of storytelling—not just through words, but through the objects that hold them.
