LVMH plans to continue their collaboration with Epic Games in order to introduce innovative immersive experiences using 3D technology within its prestigious fashion brands. This strategic partnership will involve renowned houses such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Fendi. By leveraging Epic’s powerful 3D creation tools, including Reality Capture, Twinmotion, MetaHuman, and Unreal, LVMH aims to establish a stronger presence in the expanding virtual realm.
Through this collaboration, LVMH’s luxury maisons will have the opportunity to develop various digital initiatives, including virtual fitting rooms, 360° product carousels, augmented reality (AR) experiences, digital twins, and even virtual fashion shows. These cutting-edge technologies will enable LVMH to redefine its brand identities and engage with younger generations who are well-versed in these digital mediums.
“The partnership with Epic Games will accelerate our expertise in 3D tools and ecosystems, from the creation of new collections to advertising campaigns and websites for our maisons. We will also engage more effectively with the younger generations, who are very comfortable with these codes and uses,”
– Antonio Belloni, CEO of LVMH group
“With this collaboration, we will work with LVMH designers to transform the creation of physical and digital products using Epic’s advanced creation toolset. We are excited to accelerate the group’s adoption of Unreal Engine, Reality Capture, Twinmotion and MetaHuman technology, and help LVMH’s global brands engage with customers through immersive digital experiences.”
